1. Define the requirement
MOQ is not one fixed number across a tile catalog. Stock-supported products may allow smaller trials, while a custom color or production run needs a higher quantity.
2. Verify the details
Share the product, size, required quantity, destination and whether alternatives are acceptable. This lets the supplier separate stock-supported choices from made-to-order options.
3. Confirm before commitment
Ask for the MOQ in writing with the quotation. Reconfirm it before payment because availability can change.
