Can I order several tile categories together?
Selected products can be coordinated in a mixed-container order after availability, carton data, pallet compatibility and total weight are confirmed.
What is the standard minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 1,000 sqm. Final MOQ is confirmed for the selected SKU, color and packing plan.
Can I request samples?
One piece sample is free; international shipping is paid by the customer. The sample selection and dispatch details are confirmed before shipping.
What is the standard lead time?
25-35 days after order details and production are confirmed.
Do you provide technical reports?
Redacted technical documents are available for selected SKUs. Each document must be matched to the selected product before technical values are relied on.
What quotation terms do you use?
Current quotation support is based on EXW China and FCA China. The final term, price, payment and delivery conditions appear in the approved quotation or contract.
Can you guarantee stock or delivery time?
Availability and lead time are checked with the relevant supply source for each order. The standard lead time is a planning reference, not a shipment guarantee.
