Information you choose to send
When you use an inquiry form or contact link, you may provide a product reference, specification, estimated quantity, destination, project notes, email address or WhatsApp contact. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential documents through this website.
How we use the information
Metasun uses the information to review your tile requirement, identify suitable product references, prepare a sample or quotation discussion and reply through the contact channel you selected. The website form opens WhatsApp with a draft message for you to review; it is not a promise that a quotation or order has been accepted.
External services
WhatsApp, email providers, hosting and analytics services may process information under their own policies. The website does not ask for a password and does not store a server-side customer inbox through the public inquiry form.
