Confirm pieces per carton, square metres per carton, carton weight, pallet quantity, total net and gross weight, and any destination-specific timber requirements.
2. Verify the details
Carton marks should match the packing list and commercial invoice. Custom labels need approval before printing.
3. Confirm before commitment
Request loading evidence and final shipment documents through the agreed order workflow.
Metasun commercial reference
Standard reference: MOQ 1,000 sqm. One tile sample is free and international shipping is paid by the customer. Standard lead time is 25-35 days after order details and production are confirmed.
For a useful reply, include the selected product reference, size, finish, estimated quantity, destination country or port and intended application. Final availability, packing, technical data, price and delivery terms are confirmed for the selected SKU.
